Needing a quick full body workout that gets you in and out of the gym In 30-40mins. I gotchu! Now 👉🏻 before anyone gets confused if you’re looking to build/ put on muscle this is not the style of training you want to be focusing on (aka don’t be doing this everyday lol) HOWEVER, it is good to switch it up once in a while. don’t be afraid to switch up your training and try new things

Workout:
10-12 reps each exercise.
